If You are not satisfied with Your purchase,in accordance with the Conditions of Sale You have 15 days from the date You received Your order to exercise Your right to cancel and return the purchased products. Unless You chose a type of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery or customs duties and/or other additional taxes and/or burdens apply, Your product return is free of charge and You will receive, inside the products’ package, a pre-printed label to be delivered with the returned products to AGL Shoes US, Inc.’s courier after having initiated the return procedure with AGL Shoes US, Inc.’s Customer Care.

If You registered on the e-commerce section, please access Your reserved area, select the order of the products You wish to return and indicate Your right to cancel as the reason for their return. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the information on collection of the returned products by AGL Shoes US, Inc.’s courier.
If You purchased as a guest, please go to the dedicated section, and insert the order number and the e-mail with which you made the purchase. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the information on collection of the returned products by AGL Shoes US, Inc.’s courier.
The Products must be returned undamaged and in perfect conditions, with all labels and tags still attached, in their original packaging. The returned products must not have been used, washed or damaged. The purchased products must be shipped back within 3 days from the day of the return request.
Refund
In the event of cancellation, You will be reimbursed for the payments You made, net of additional delivery costs resulting from Your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery offered and any applicable customs duties, additional taxes and/or burdens, by means of the payment method You used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal) or bank transfer, as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days from the date You exercised You right to cancel, unless AGL Shoes US, Inc. has the right to suspend reimbursement until the moment it effectively receives the returned products.
DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
