RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the purchased products.
How to return the products
1. Access the "my returns" section in your My Account section, select the order with the articles you wish to return and enter the reason for such return.
If you are not a registered user, access the designated page and enter the order number and the email address used to make the purchase.
2. Follow the instructions to complete the online return request; you will receive a confirmation email with the return form that must be included in the packaging, and the instructions on how to ship the returned product/s.
3. Insert the completed return form in the packaging of the product/products to be returned and send them to:

The products must be returned intact and in perfect condition, with all the labels and tags still attached, and shipped by using their original packaging; the product must not have been used, washed or damaged.
You shall pay for all shipping costs and you are responsible for the products returned until the package reaches our warehouse. Always check that you have a shipping number and keep copies of the documents proving such shipment.
During the online return request procedure, you can also choose to use the services provided by the courier we normally use, at the cost indicated therein; the courier service costs will be deducted from the refund.
Returned products will be managed within 10 working days from the date they are received by our warehouse. Refunds for returned products shall be made using the payment method used to purchase the same products (credit card, prepaid card, paypal etc.) or by bank transfer, net of any taxes or import duties, as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date the package is received by our warehouse.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please indicate this as the reason for returning the product during the online return procedure, such return to be made in accordance with the modalities above indicated. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and indications on how to request the change or refund for the purchased product.
